So Many Great reasons to Visit Mexico

Hi, we’re David and family – the Wonky Compass team. We’ve lived in Merida, Mexico for over 6 years and have spent more than a decade exploring the country from the Yucatan to the Pacific.

We share unfiltered, first-hand travel guides to help you explore Mexico like a local, not a tourist. After living in Asia, South Africa and Europe, we have a lot of experience traveling and love exploring new places.

Mexico is a magical country of friendly people, diverse scenery, stunning architecture, fascinating history, scrumptious food and drink, amazing wildlife and … the list goes on.

There’s more to Mexico than the Riviera Maya or Puerto Vallarta – and there’s nothing wrong with these happy places. But why not not find out about the exciting places you can visit when you are staying in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum? And a whole lot more!

We want to share our experiences with you so you can enjoy the best vacation possible in this lovely country.
